With regards to recent rumour that “SHARP will fully retreat from Hong Kong market due to shortage in product supply”, our company would like to make the following clarifications:
- Owing to the rapid development of e-commerce in Hong Kong, our company, after serious consideration, has decided to dedicate our resources on online business and will utilise SHARP HK e-Shop (sharp.com.hk) as the main sales channel. We would like to restate that we have NO plan to fully retreat from Hong Kong market. Meanwhile, we would like to take this opportunity to welcome consumers and our valued customers to continue to purchase SHARP products via our official e-Shop.
- The above policy is only applicable to Home Appliance and TV products while the product sales and performance pledges of Business Solutions Department will remain unchanged.
- Warranty and after-sale service are available for ALL products.
